In what countries do you ship your products ?

 


 

For the time being, we ship only in Switzerland.

How can I track my order ?

 


 

As soon as we send your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to "La Poste", where you can track your shipment.

Can I custom my poster ?

 


 

Absolutely. It is possible to integrate your logo, change the title, images, texts ou to design a poster from scratch based on your suggestions, for corporate gifts or for individuals. You can send your request per email to admin@swisstastic.ch.

My products were damaged

 


 

If one of the products your received was damages, please let us know within 14 days after receiving your order per email (admin@swisstastic.ch) and send us a picture of the damages. We will address the problem swiftly.

I received the wrong products

 


 

If you have received the wrong products, let us know within 14 das after receiving your order per e-mail (admin@swisstastic.ch). If it is a mistake from our side, we will organise a new shipment swiftly.

What frame should I buy for my poster ?

 


 

For our posters in format A3, you can find nice frames starting from CHF 10.- at Jumbo or online.

Do you work with companies ?

 


 

Yes. You can send us your queries and orders on behalf of your company directly per email to admin@swisstastic.ch. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
